What is your returns policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note we are not responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Original order shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Can I get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will offer you a full refund (minus any shipping cost), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
My refund is late?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I exchange an item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
I love an item, but it’s out of stock?
We do our utmost to maintain stock levels of all of our products, however occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock.
If you would like to purchase a garment in a colour or size that is currently out of stock please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form.
We will contact you when the item is back in stock.
How do I know what size to order?
We understand that people come in all shapes and sizes. For that reason, online shopping can often be difficult! Therefore we have a product-specific sizing chart on every product page, as well as specifying the details about the model wearing the product. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding sizing.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the UK and Ireland. However as our brand grows and develops we hope to implement worldwide shipping. Don’t worry you non tea-drinking people, soon you can become part of the We Are Known community.
Do you ship orders in branded packaging?
Yes. We personally hand wrap, stamp and include a custom note with every order. Your satisfaction is important to us, we want you to love our products as much as we do.
Are all your products both organic and Fair Wear?
We want to play a part in both looking after our planet by sourcing high quality sustainable garments, and supporting the improvement of working conditions where your clothes are made. Unfortunately not all of our current products are 100% organic, but be assured that they are Fair Wear.
Further our packaging is also completely eco-friendly, meaning it is recycled/recyclable.
What are the care instructions for your garments?
All care instructions for washing and drying are listed on the garment tag, which is attached to the inside seam of every product.
